Warehousing & Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Redbank, QLD

Shifts Available:

2 x roles on 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

4 x roles on 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (transitioning to 2PM to 10pm)

Days: Monday to Friday

Start: Temporary with potential to transition to permanent

Day shift $34.83 per hour and afternoons $39

About Our Client
We are partnering with a leading logistics company operating a state-of-the-art, high-tech warehouse facility in Redbank. This modern site is built for efficiency and safety—perfect for professionals who value structure, innovation, and security in their workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Perform a variety of warehousing tasks: picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching goods.
  • Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach trucks, or other equipment as required).
  • Uphold accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, technology-driven warehouse.
  • Maintain compliance with all workplace and warehouse health & safety practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing and forklift operations.
  • Current forklift licence (LF essential).
  • Reliability and willingness to commit to ongoing shifts.
  • Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
