Social and Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator

About The Role
The Social & Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator will provide culturally safe, practical, and emotional support to participants transitioning into the community, while also supporting The Torch's staff through reflective practice, debriefing, and wellbeing initiatives. You'll build strong referral pathways with community and service providers and help strengthen The Torch's internal culture of care and connection.
