Our team is an Authentic group of professionals.

With a strong pipeline of projects and a growing focus on culture, safety and care, we are looking for a Project Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. In this newly created role, you will design and deliver wellbeing initiatives that support our people on-site and strengthen resilience across our workforce of the M3 Project - a dynamic, fast-paced environment with around 80-90 people on site. Working closely with project leaders, HSE and P&C, you will play a key role in embedding psychosocial safety and whole-person wellbeing into daily operations. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people who thrive on making a difference and take pride in the quality of their work. Our team values creativity, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning, and we set out to bring aboard the same.

You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.

What you will do:

  • Lead design and delivery of whole-of-person wellbeing programs (mental health awareness, resilience, fatigue, nutrition, financial wellbeing, exercise)
  • Identify psychosocial hazards and integrate them into project risk systems (SWMS, JSAs), monitor indicators like absenteeism or safety behaviours
  • Triage early case support, coordinate with EAP/clinical providers, and co-design return-to-work / reduced-hours plans
  • Respond to critical incidents and conduct post-incident wellbeing checks for impacted individuals or teams
  • Run site-based wellbeing events, peer networks, "lunch & learns," and awareness campaigns
  • Train supervisors and site leads in psychological first aid and recognise early warning signs
  • Maintain confidential records, produce monthly wellbeing metrics and reports for project leadership
  • Extend support to subcontractors and supply chain where possible
  • Collaborate closely with HSE/EHS to ensure psychosocial risk is integrated into safety investigations and hazard registers

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, allied health, occupational health or equivalent; or a strong background in construction/industrial wellbeing
  • Experience operating wellbeing programs or psychosocial risk frameworks in high-risk or fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in confidential case management, referrals, stakeholder engagement (clinicians, unions, HR, site leadership)
  • High emotional intelligence, ability to maintain discretion and treat sensitive information with care
  • Accreditation in mental health first aid, counselling, or psychosocial assessment is a plus
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in project settings where the environment is dynamic

We are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits.

  • 5-day week; flexible working arrangement options and hours
  • Industry-specific, leading training and development
  • Agile, fast-tracked career development pathways
  • Paid Parental Leave, financial and practical support
  • Expanding selection health/wellbeing initiatives
  • We look forward to discussing how you can grow with us
