Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment? We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end operations supporting our mining product portfolio.
About the role:
The Supply Chain Specialist oversees all end-to-end supply chain activities for mining products, ensuring efficient performance and continuity of the legacy third-party warehouse.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage planning, replenishment, and inventory for PAM/mining products.
- Oversee toller operations, repacks, and production.
- Update global teams on slow-moving or expired stock.
- Coordinate with overseas teams on approvals and technical issues.
- Communicate stock availability and delays to internal stakeholders.
- Handle end-to-end order management (3rd party, toller, intercompany, and stock transfers).
- Coordinate freight forwarding, customs clearance, deliveries, and goods receipts (GR).
- Perform cycle counts (quarterly) and annual stock counts for legacy 3PLs.
- Manage outbound deliveries, PODs, and tank documentation.
- Process invoices via Vendor Invoice Management.
Administrative Support
- Request freight quotes, manage IBC returns, samples, and SAP stock reconciliations.
- Support other supply chain functions (freight invoices, PGIs, audits).
- Maintain documentation and SAP data accuracy.
- Approve purchase orders within Financial Approval Authority limits.
- Perform ad hoc supply chain tasks as needed.
Key Competencies & Requirements
- Strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and/or logistics.
- Proven customer-focused work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP and related systems.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
