Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment? We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end operations supporting our mining product portfolio.
About The Role
The Supply Chain Specialist oversees all end-to-end supply chain activities for mining products, ensuring efficient performance and continuity of the legacy third-party warehouse.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Manage planning, replenishment, and inventory for PAM/mining products.
  • Oversee toller operations, repacks, and production.
  • Update global teams on slow-moving or expired stock.
  • Coordinate with overseas teams on approvals and technical issues.
  • Communicate stock availability and delays to internal stakeholders.
  • Handle end-to-end order management (3rd party, toller, intercompany, and stock transfers).
  • Coordinate freight forwarding, customs clearance, deliveries, and goods receipts (GR).
  • Perform cycle counts (quarterly) and annual stock counts for legacy 3PLs.
  • Manage outbound deliveries, PODs, and tank documentation.
  • Process invoices via Vendor Invoice Management.

Administrative Support

  • Request freight quotes, manage IBC returns, samples, and SAP stock reconciliations.
  • Support other supply chain functions (freight invoices, PGIs, audits).
  • Maintain documentation and SAP data accuracy.
  • Approve purchase orders within Financial Approval Authority limits.
  • Perform ad hoc supply chain tasks as needed.

Key Competencies & Requirements

  • Strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and/or logistics.
  • Proven customer-focused work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and related systems.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
