Adecco are seeking a motivated  Afternoon Shift Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing business in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. This role offers long-term stability, excellent training, and the chance to step into a key leadership position. You'll begin with full training on day shift before transitioning to lead the afternoon shift. As Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring schedules are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting production staff on shift
  • Coordinating rosters and allocating daily tasks
  • Providing training, coaching, and performance support
  • Maintaining compliance with WHS and GMP standards
  • Preparing shift reports and communicating issues to management
  • Working with QC and maintenance teams to resolve quality or equipment concerns
  • Driving a clean, safe, and efficient production floor

Your Profile

  • Previous supervisory experience in FMCG, food, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of $75,000 plus 15% shift loading. You'll be joining a supportive team within an established FMCG brand, with excellent career development opportunities and the chance to make your mark by leading afternoon shift operations.
