Your New Opportunity:

We have a great opportunity for a Shift Supervisor (Afternoon Shift) to join the team in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will be required to manage the processing of product safely and effectively through the plant, from raw waste material through to a finished product.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage material redistribution and disposal, ensuring consistent raw material feed for primary shredding;
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Maintenance Managers for smooth production line;
  • Identify and address risks, fostering continuous improvement;
  • Develop and train a skilled, high-performing team;
  • Lead by example, embodying ResourceCo values and promoting a respectful, teamwork-oriented culture.

About you:

  • Minimum 1 year of Supervisor experience in manufacturing;
  • Active Forklift Licence and Asbestos handling expertise required;
  • Proficiency in Fire Warden duties (or be willing to undergo training) and safe lockout procedures;
  • Understanding of manual handling and traffic management;
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or collaboratively.
