Responsibilities- Collate and analyse data for designated QLD property markets.
- Track a range of property data variables potentially covering office, retail and industrial sectors including vacancy, construction, and sales and leasing transactions.
- Identify investment themes and trends.
- Prepare reports for subscriber clients and for public-facing research papers.
- Assist clients with additional enquiries and research requirements.
- Be part of a market-leading property research team.
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable working with desktop software packages (Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel).
- Open to learning new software programs as required.
- You will be confident, positive, and well organised.
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for accuracy, process, and deadline-driven multi-tasking.
- An interest in the financial and real estate industry and experience working with large datasets is highly regarded, though not essential.
- Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
- Qualifications ideally in Property, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
