As an experienced Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy premium, crystal-clear filtered water - instantly. You'll take care of installation, maintenance, and repairs of Billi systems, while delivering a professional, personable experience every time.

Yes, plumbing is part of the job - but here's the best part: it's clean, no mess. You'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, supported by a team that's always ready to help.

This role is ideal for someone based in North Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, with a start date in January

Your Day, Your Way:

  • Start from your first service call - no office check-in
  • Chat with customers, then dive into installs, maintenance, or repairs
  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and get things flowing
  • Keep your van stocked and gear ready
  • Work smart, work safe
  • Own your schedule - you're in control

What you'll need:

  • MUST hold a current Plumbing Licence and current QBCC Licence
  • Hands-on experience with water system installs, maintenance & repairs
  • A knack for great customer service
  • Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working solo, with team support when needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean record
