Workforce Extensions Footscray, our valued client is seeking a professional and quality focused Warehouse Operative to join their growing team in Altona.

The Opportunity:

This exciting opportunity will start on dayshift working in the Altona area, Monday - Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm, for a highly motivated Warehouse Operative, to become part of the team. The casual pay rate will be $33.38ph + Pen+ Super, Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forklift Reach operation MUST have experience
  • Picking and packing orders using manual picking slips
  • Repetitive lifting of loads (up to 20kg)
  • Receiving and checking stock into the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
  • General warehousing duties

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • A willingness to work
  • The ability to do repetitive manual handling for long periods of time
  • Must have current Forklift Licence
  • Own transport and valid driver's licence
