We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Lake Coogee centre with passion, purpose and professionalism.

The Role

As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensure high-quality care and education, strong team culture, and outstanding family engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of educators to deliver programs that reflect our philosophy and values.
  • Overseeing compliance, quality standards (NQS), and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with families and community.
  • Driving occupancy growth and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
  • Effectively managing rostering, budgets, and Qikkids software.

You'll Have
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a centre of similar size (84 places).
  • Qikkids experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and empower educators.
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
