In this role as a Credit Controller, you will:

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and outstanding debts.

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.

  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments

  • Prepare and issue monthly statements and reminders to customers.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve collection processes, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team or account managers to resolve any issues impacting collections.

  • Report on the status of accounts receivable and provide regular updates to management.

We are looking for someone who wants to work hard, achieve goals with the team and have some fun. Our future team-mate will also have:

  • 5 years' experience in collections / accounts receivables in a similar sized organisation.

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business (desirable but not essential)

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in work complete

  • Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Systems usage – NetSuite, Adaptive planning, Total Recall, Power BI, Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
