Tiling and Grouting labourer

About the Role
The Grout Co is seeking a reliable and motivated labourer to join our team. You'll be working on residential sites assisting with re-grouting showers, bathrooms, and balconies, as well as general preparation and clean-up tasks. This role is ongoing until Christmas and may continue into next year for the right person. Must be physically fit and be injury free.
Key Responsibilities
- Use power tools such as grinders, multi-tools, and other equipment
- Assist with re-grouting and surface preparation
- Support tradespeople and follow job instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience using grinders, multi-tools, and basic hand tools is essential
- Tiling or grouting experience is an advantage but not essential — training provided
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Driver licence and your own car are a must
- Able to travel to various residential sites as required
