Job Title: Waterproofing, Tiling, Renovation & carpentry(timber flooring) Labourer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer with experience in waterproofing, tiling, general renovations, and carpentry. The successful candidate will support a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and installation of waterproofing systems.
  • Carry out tiling work including surface preparation, cutting, laying, and grouting.
  • Support renovation tasks such as demolition, plastering, painting, and finishing work.
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and installing fixtures.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions from supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and team members.
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in waterproofing, tiling, renovation, and/or carpentry (preferred but not necessary as we offer on the job training)
  • Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and methods used in building and renovation.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, or specifications.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) required.
  • Driver's licence and own transport (preferred).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $40.49 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 10 per week
