Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Refit Team and Store Operations to ensure smooth execution of store refits, relocations, and upgrades. You'll play a key part in maintaining store compliance, operational standards, and process consistency, while supporting stores through transitions and setup phases.

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

  • Liaise between the Refit Team, Store Managers, and Operations to ensure projects run efficiently.
  • Oversee store processes and ensure adherence to company compliance and operational standards.
  • Support with merchandising layouts, stock coordination, and execution of planograms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support during refit periods, ensuring stores are ready for launch.
  • Assist with team training and communication to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and feedback on progress and outcomes.
