We're Hiring – Full-Time Retail Sales Role

Looking for a rewarding career in the leisure & lifestyle industry? Join our team and help people create their dream backyard

Hours: Monday – Friday, plus 1 Saturday morning (every 4 weeks, 9am–12pm)

Location: Ballarat Store

What you'll be doing:

  • High-level retail sales of spas, saunas & chemicals
  • Opening & closing the store, cash handling & EFT
  • Ordering, stock control & spare parts management
  • Coordinating installs with contractors & preparing customer quotes
  • Water testing & customer support
  • Coordinating marketing, social media & store presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with store procedures & safety standards

What we're looking for:

  • Reliable, punctual & self-motivated
  • Excellent organisation & computer skills
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Sales experience in spas/saunas/chemicals highly regarded
  • Must have Australian work rights
