Are you passionate about patient care and looking to grow your career in a modern dental practice? JJ Smiles Dental and Implant Centre is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Oxenford

Whether you're experienced or newer to the field, we provide ongoing training and development to help you succeed and thrive in your role.

This is a casual position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines clinical and front-desk responsibilities. It offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a part-time position for the right candidate. You'll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure our patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients and managing appointments with care and professionalism
  • Assisting our dentists during treatments with chairside support
  • Preparing and sterilising treatment rooms and instruments
  • Managing patient records and updating our dental software (D4W)
  • Processing payments and handling private health insurance claims
  • Monitoring and restocking dental supplies
  • Contributing to a positive, team-focused and patient-first environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a dental assistant preferable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
  • Confidence using computers; experience with D4W is a plus
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care
  • Willingness to learn and grow – we'll support you every step of the way
