Disability Support Worker/ Enrolled Nurse

Inclusive Nursing and Support are currently seeking Experienced Disability Support Workers and Enrolled Nurses to join our team in Wantirna and Ringwood East.

We are putting together a dedicated team to provide ongoing daily support. Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays with 7-day coverage required.

We welcome applicants who are committed to delivering high-quality care and creating meaningful routines and outcomes for clients.

We are ideally looking for staff who can commit to 20–30+ hours per week and flexibility to cover sick leave and holiday leave.

Duties may include

  • Personal care
  • Implementing behaviour support strategies
  • Supporting structured routines
  • Household tasks
  • Community access and transportation
  • Skill development and social engagement
  • Emotional regulation and safety monitoring

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Certificate III in Aged Care/ Certificate IV Disability Support, Diploma of Nursing (or similar)
  • Proven work experience
  • Valid Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Must have a FULL drivers license and reliable transport
  • Full working rights within Australia
