DPM Service Centre is a privately-run business with over 20 years' experience, in the motor trade industry. We specialise in the service and repairs of European & prestige vehicles and are located in the heart of Richmond and easily accessible public transport.

About the Role

We're looking for a Fully Qualified Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our dynamic team of professionals. You will be confident in inspecting and repairing new & preowned vehicles to the highest standards and have a proven background in diagnostics, fault finding and repairing as well as general vehicle reconditioning, whilst providing the highest level of workmanship. We're looking for someone who is solution oriented, can work independently and loves learning new skills. This position offers career progression into a Management role and for the successful candidate, bonuses & profit share opportunity.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is passionate and eager to learn, who can step into our workshop and feel rewarded when they've finished a job or learned a new skill. In this role you're guaranteed to learn something new everyday, from someone who is experienced and passionate about cars.

  • Ideally you have a minimum of 2-5+ years' experience in a similar position,
  • Essential Australian Drivers License.
  • Be a Fully Qualified Motor Mechanic
  • Great Communication skills
  • Be willing to learn and advance your technical skills
  • Experience with diagnostic equipment and computer-based fault finding systems
  • Career progression and growth into management
