**About the Role**

As a Dealer Sales and Development Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of Ford sales within your assigned Region. You will engage with our Dealerships as fundamental partners, collaborating across all facets of their business, with a particular emphasis on new vehicle sales. Your role will involve supporting Dealers in achieving their sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.

While this position offers significant autonomy, you will also be an integral part of the wider Southern Region team, contributing to our collective success. This role is fundamentally about delivering results through the cultivation of robust, trust-based relationships. You will report directly to the Regional Manager - Southern Region.
- A minimum of 3 years Automotive experience is required.
- As a minimum a tertiary qualification or equivalent (preference of business or a related field) or 5 years of work experience is required.
- Previous experience in sales roles within the automotive industry or a related field is highly valued, giving you insight into the challenges and opportunities our Dealers face.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills - you can assess complex Dealer situations, diagnose challenges, develop data driven insights and actionable recommendations. Crucially, you possess the implementation skills to help Dealers execute these plans effectively, understanding their unique motivations and business needs.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication and presentation skills - you can articulate complex ideas clearly, build rapport, and influence positive outcomes.
- Courage and determination - you're not afraid to tackle difficult conversations or challenging situations head-on, persevering to find solutions and drive progress.
