We are seeking an experienced Management Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and the Operations Leadership Team. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values impact over profit, and enjoys working closely with passionate leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, Operations Leadership Team, and stakeholders.

  • Manage diaries, emails, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.

  • Prepare agendas, reports, and accurate minutes for key meetings.

  • Coordinate logistics and materials for Board meetings.

  • Investigate and resolve escalated customer feedback.

  • Support the delivery of operational projects and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring
