We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with at least three years' experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. You'll be confident using marketing automation and segmentation tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms. You know how to run campaigns end-to-end—taking briefs, creating engaging copy and visuals, and delivering work that performs. You're data-savvy, insight-driven, and able to turn numbers into meaningful actions.
You'll take ownership of our promotional emails, automated journeys, and lifecycle marketing programs. This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, build and optimise acquisition focused campaigns (email, SMS, push) across our brands, including promotional, seasonal, and newsletter campaigns.
- Develop and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandonment, anniversary, winback, VIP etc.
- Grow and maintain a healthy, high-quality email database through acquisition strategies, data hygiene, and smart segmentation.
- Design and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing email flows aligned with business goals and sales targets.
- Support retention, loyalty, and referral initiatives - helping our best customers feel like true brand insiders.
- Manage the end-to-end email campaign calendar, ensuring timely launches, clean execution, and measurable results.
- Leverage tools like Braze and Snowflake to activate customer data and personalise outreach at scale.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset by running A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, CTAs, creative, send times, segments and more.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain high deliverability through strong list management, IP/domain reputation, and content compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Content, PR, Customer Service and Data to build campaigns and email newsletters that convert leads into long-term customers.
- Identify opportunities to activate under-utilised segments in the database and improve conversion.
- Share campaign learnings, champion experimentation, and contribute to a culture of insight-driven marketing.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in e-commerce, insurance, or other fast-moving B2C environments).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Proven experience managing email campaigns from start to finish - including taking briefs, crafting compelling copy, designing in Canva, sourcing visuals, and ensuring on-brand execution.
- Comfortable working with data and segmentation tools, you know how to turn insight into action.
- Familiar with email deliverability, database hygiene, and inbox placement
- Obsessed with testing and optimisation, you're always looking for small changes that drive big improvements.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns across multiple brands simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated by outcomes - you take ownership of your work and care about its impact.
