With over 15 years of experience and thousands of installs completed, we're one of Victoria's largest providers of home energy upgrades - from solar panels and batteries to heat pump hot water, efficient HVAC systems, and EV charging solutions.

We're growing fast and looking for driven on-field closers who want to make serious money while helping Aussie households cut costs and carbon.

About the Role

You'll be on the front line - attending pre-qualified, in-home appointments to help homeowners take control of their energy. You'll build trust, educate customers on how to reduce bills and emissions, and close deals that make a real difference.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, impact, and results.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Represent Advantage Solar as a trusted advisor for sustainable home upgrades
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess energy usage and present tailored solutions (solar, battery, HVAC, heat pump, EV charger)
  • Manage your pipeline using HubSpot CRM - follow up leads, generate proposals, and assist with rebate applications
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with leadership, scheduling, and installation teams to deliver a first-class customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in face-to-face or consultative sales (door-to-door, BDM, call centre, or similar)
  • Strong communication and closing skills - you know how to turn interest into action
  • Confidence using CRM tools and managing your own workflow
  • Competitive mindset – you love to win and push others to perform
  • Resilient under pressure – rejection fuels you, not fazes you
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow
