We have a unique opportunity for a qualified **HVAC** **Supervisor** to join our Delta FM QLD team. Reporting directly to the Mechanical Supervisor, you will work with our committed Delta FM maintenance team onsite at QCH maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical and various other systems. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and adherence to our safety & culture behaviours, and is a mix of supervision of staff and hands on maintenance.

**Key duties**
- Responsible for the performance of the HVAC Team, including meeting KPI’s including works completed and labour utilisation
- Ensure continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a challenging work environment
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Provide mobile device work orders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works

**The Person**
- QLD HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Qualification
- Team player with a flexible approach and attitude / able to work autonomously,
- Physically fit and reliable with availability for a rotating, on-call roster
- A solid understanding of HVAC systems and BMS systems.
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Current driver’s license
- In line with the required Legislation, a current Police Check as well as evidence of Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position. You must also be vaccinated against COVID 19._
