What You'll Do

As IT Release Manager, you will:

  • Lead release planning, readiness, and governance reporting.
  • Coordinate testing, technical readiness, and security validation.
  • Manage deployments across ServiceNow and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure service continuity through carefully planned release windows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multi-provider environments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in release/change management within complex ICT environments.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (change/release management) and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, testing, deployments).
  • Confidence working within multi-stakeholder governance forums (CABs, Release, Operations).
  • Background working in IT services companies delivering into Federal Government programs will be highly regarded.
  • Security clearance:
    NV1 or higher
    required.
