*Mukka* champions a variety of home-cooked style curries, from across the Indian region, as well as desi street-eats and grill items that give it an almost hawker feel. Naans & rotis are made in-house, as are the wafer-thin dosa pancakes.

We are on the lookout for experienced CHEFS

HIRING FOR OUR LOCATION IN CARNEGIE

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you should have:

  • Past experience as a senior chef in Indian cuisine or kitchen management position
  • A good understanding of operational management relating to rostering, stocktaking, cost management and ordering
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a management style that encourages a positive culture
  • Be able to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Reliable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be passionate about Indian food, experience using tandoor oven is essential.
  • Have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Be flexible with rostered shifts
  • TSS Visa Sponsorship available for the right candidate
