Calling superheroes (and future heroes) of the allied health world
Therapy Alliance Group (TAG) is on a mission to help more people and we want you to join our extraordinary team of heroes. We're not your ordinary allied health organisation – we're a dynamic, multidisciplinary group dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services for both children and adults.
Are you passionate about making a difference and helping others? Well, buckle up, because we're searching for a caring Speech Pathologist to join our social enterprising squad. As a member of the TAG team, you'll enjoy tailored support, unbeatable career pathways, and a team culture that's second to none.
We're all about fostering talent, so if you're a fresh graduate, we encourage you to apply. Early career professionals get to be part of our epic Emerging Clinician program where you will discover your own unique potential and launch the rest of your career from. More experienced? You can join our Expanding or Advancing Clinical Pathways as you learn to harness your individual superpowers.
This position is based in Toowoomba QLD and comes with a $10k start and stay bonus.
- $1000 on commencement
- $2000 after you pass probation
- $2000 after 1 yr anniversary
- $5000 after 2nd year with TAG
But wait, there's more Here's why you should choose to join the TAG Team:
We see your potential: At TAG, we believe in each individual's unique potential and superpowers. We'll value you, support you, and make sure you're recognized for the hero you are. Oh, and did we mention attractive performance-based remuneration? Ka-ching
Supercharge your skills: We're all about helping you level up. That's why we provide fully paid Professional Development budgets of $2500-$5000 (depending on the position) and three glorious days of paid Professional Development Leave each year. Up, up, and away
We've got your back: Our team is as tight-knit as the Avengers. With a diverse caseload and like-minded professionals, you'll achieve exceptional outcomes for clients while also advancing your career. It's a win-win
Balance your super life: At TAG, we know that heroes need their downtime too. We encourage you to work hard when you are wearing your superhero suit but then to hang the cape up when you are rostered off. Picture this: dedicated non-contact admin, prep and reporting time every week, and the option to work from home for some rostered shifts. That leaves you with time and energy to save the world, work out how to train alpacas or just binge-watch your favourite shows…whatever blows your cape
Support at your side: We're not just a team; we're a family. You'll receive individually tailored supervision and support, with a whopping four times the required level of clinical supervision for new graduates. We've got every hero like you covered with a sidekick to help as needed
To infinity…and beyond: Feel like climbing the ladder of greatness? Our dedicated Career Progression Pathway program is designed for Clinicians just like you. Whether you want to lead a team, present workshops, or specialise in a specific clinical area, we've got your back. Your cape awaits
Fun and educational adventures: We believe that learning can be exciting. Join us for our epic team days, where you'll have a blast while expanding your knowledge. Recent team events have included The Amazing Race, Dress Up Days and a seriously feisty Easter Egg Hunt.
Health is wealth: As a member of TAG, we help you look after your health and well-being. After all, even superheroes need to look after themselves.
Your own therapy lair: You deserve a space to work your magic. At TAG, we'll provide you with your very own therapy space. It's time to create miracles
All the equipment: Every superhero needs the right gadgets and gear. If you are a stationery addict then know that you're among friends here. We'll provide you with all the tools you need to do your job well. We have an abundance of high quality assessment and therapy equipment at every clinic.
