Positions Available:

  • Teachers (Early Childhood, Primary or Highschool) for Early Interventional Therapy role Thank you for your interest in joining our team

We're currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Intervention Therapist to work alongside our skilled Occupational Therapists, supporting children and adults with disabilities and developmental delays. This is a mobile and casual position, ideal for someone who values flexibility and meaningful work.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, helping clients reach their goals through tailored intervention strategies. Job Description:

As a therapist at The Rowdy Way, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, providing them with the necessary support to enhance their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and goals.

Creating and implementing individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.

Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress.

Collaborating with other team members in a multidisciplinary approach to ensure holistic care.

Providing guidance and support to clients and their families, fostering empowerment and growth.

Playing a key role in improving the well-being of individuals and families, making a real difference in their lives.

Qualifications & Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Essential: Accredited degree in your chosen field
  • Current Professional Registration/License: Relevant registration or licensing to practice in Queensland (AHPRA, AASW, etc.).
  • Experience: Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred; however, new graduates passionate about making a difference are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to positively impact others' lives.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for mobile services.
