Role Overview: As a Playground Site Installer, you will play a vital role within our construction team, working across diverse outdoor environments. Your key responsibilities will include assembling and installing playground equipment onsite while ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • All tools and equipment provided to support you in this role.

  • Paid travel & allowances when working away from home – our projects span across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading, understanding, and interpreting plans accurately.

  • Performing site set-out tasks with precision.

  • Assembling & installing playground equipment.

  • Handling general concreting tasks as part of installations.

  • Operating cordless tools and machinery effectively.

  • Ability to work using laser levels and dumpy levels .

About You: We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also excels in problem-solving, effective communication and possess the following:

  • A current NSW driver's license (essential).

  • Licenses such as Excavator, Bobcat, EWP, HR or MR (highly regarded but not essential).

  • Previous experience in the construction industry (essential) as a Trade Assistant or Laborer

  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently address on-site challenges
