Role:
Senior Salesforce Technical Architect
Desired Experience Range:

Required Solution Architecture Skill Set:
- Solution Architect with expertise in designing solutions, delivering end to end transformations which includes but not limited to, B2B & B2C Experiences, Information Management (Integration and Data Architecture), Multi-Cloud Strategy & solutions on Salesforce platform
- Expertise in working together with the Enterprise Architecture team to review solutions ensuring alignment with broader Organisation strategy.
- Can develop high quality solution artefacts, that can include a high-level end to end Solution Architecture document (includes but not limited to, Architecture principles used, recommendations, constraints, risk/issues & mitigations, integration with other enterprise systems leveraging recommended patterns etc.).
- Experienced in working collaboratively with different stakeholders including from Business, IT, Designers, Developers & Testers to enable decision making and create solutions that help in meeting the implementation objectives.
Required Technical Architecture Skill Set:
- Can produce low level design for tech leads and developers to start their build which adheres to both High Level e2e and Low Level design produced e.g. Data Model, LWC & Apex design patterns, Trigger framework, recommendation of low code features over pro-code etc.
- Review work of Technical Delivery teams. Guide and troubleshoot with them whenever there is a need.
- Hands-on experience & sound understanding and exposure on working inline with strengths and limitations of the Salesforce platform that go into play for large scale implementations involving high volume transactions, high availability, highly integrated, auto recovery, extreme focus on customer lifecycle and experience.
- Specialized in simplification of existing implementation including Apex reduction/optimization, Data Model Optimization, UI Simplification and enabling transition to configuration based frameworks such as flows.
- Well versed with Salesforce, integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft), hence in a unique position to create a value proposition, design & develop end to end solutions leveraging the best of all the worlds.
- Demonstrate understanding and expertise on capabilities around AI (GenAI & Agentic AI - both on Salesforce platform and cross platforms as well). Can drive AI hackathons and POC based on a given business use case. Differentiate and recommend when to implement Generative v/s Agentic v/s Predictive capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in Data Cloud implementation and strategy in a multi Org environmentExperienced in designing solutions to automate or Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party systems using either out of the box features.
- Proficient in recommending right appexchange products.

- Salesforce Certified Architect (all required Application and System Architect Certification)
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist & Agentforce Innovator Badge

- Desirable, Salesforce B2B Solution Architect
Must Have Competencies (Technology & Platform)
- Extensive Experience in Lightning Development.
- Built/Understand Lightning Web Component Framework and LWR sites.
- Strong in Developing JavaScript components.
- Strong in developing APEX classes & Trigger framework.
- Extensive Experience in Building APEX REST/SOAP APIs.
- Demonstrate rationale of Low Code and Pro Code methodology.
- Proficient in Service Cloud Voice, New-gen Omni Channel and Digital Engagement (Chat, SMS, Voice, Whatsapp etc.)
- Proficient in Conga Documentation and DocuSign integration
- Desirable, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Marketing Cloud & Salesforce B2B Commerce

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Responsible for building standard out of the box or custom solutions based on the fitment recommendations, including major/minor enhancements and greenfield implementations.
- Adherence to best practices including code version control, environment and release management procedures.
- Keeping up to date with and adhering to Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions.
- Liaise directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse and resolve enhancement, project and support related requests and incidents.
- End to end ownership of requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
