We're seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering Mosaic's largest development to date. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the early stages of a landmark project

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in Mosaic's largest and most transformative Brisbane development — a once-in-a-generation riverfront site that provides the platform to deliver something truly remarkable for the city. You'll work alongside an experienced team that champions collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and is committed to innovation and quality at every stage.

• Manage and administer contracts across all project stages, ensuring compliance and commercial success.
• Drive procurement strategies, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor budgets, variations, and timelines to safeguard project profitability.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to deliver excellence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within large-scale commercial or multi-level residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is desired.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Jobpac or similar financial reporting software.
