About the role

Think Fitness is seeking a passionate and driven Gym Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence with a strong focus on member experience, staff development, and community engagement.

To be successful in this role:

  • Leadership skills to motivate staff and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Social media experience to engage the community and promote the brand.
  • Customer service excellence to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication for interacting with clients, staff, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of fitness and health trends to keep the gym offerings relevant.
  • Business acumen for budgeting, sales, and membership growth.
  • Problem-solving ability to address member concerns and operational issues.
  • Experience with gym management software and systems.
  • Compliance awareness with health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and promotional skills to attract new members and grow the brand.
  • Previous management experience is required.
