We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Administrator to join our team and help keep our finances in great shape as we continue to grow.
As our Financial Administrator, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to manage day-to-day financial processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, BAS, reporting, and reconciliation. You'll play a vital role in ensuring we stay organised, compliant, and financially healthy.
This is a part-time role (approx. 20–25 hours per week) with flexible days and hours – perfect for someone looking to work around family, study, or other commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment runs
Process payroll and superannuation, ensuring compliance with ATO requirements
Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Assist with BAS lodgements and end-of-year processes
Support the team with general finance admin and process improvements
What We're Looking For
Proven experience with Xero (essential)
Minimum 2 years in a bookkeeping or finance admin role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Solid understanding of payroll, BAS, GST, and super
Excellent communication and organisation skills
An open mind to different tasks outside your day to day tasks
Passionate foodie is a bonus
