Your New Role
As Paid Social & Performance Analyst, you'll be part of our Social Media Centre of Excellence—a six-person squad transforming social from a support channel into a growth engine and brand amplifier. You'll manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance insights drive continuous improvement and measurable impact. Some responsibilities include:
- Working with our media agency and GTM team to ensure that Aware schedules all campaigns across all audiences for best effect. Ensuring that departments are not bidding against each other;
- Work with Martech on CDP, tagging and ensuring that the in-platform audiences are up to date;
- Partner with other analysts to connect social results to funnel outcomes;
- Assist stitch paid and organic performance together and assist the Brand ads team with reporting and analytics; and
- Join the dots between traffic driven by organic social to prospect / member behaviour.

- Proven experience in paid social media management and performance analytics;
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimisation strategies;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
- Advanced Excel and analytics tools knowledge is desirable; familiarity with social ad platforms essential;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
