Our growing Wollongong team is looking for an experienced geotechnical professional to provide technical knowledge, project management experience and business development results in the region. You must possess proven experience in managing geotechnical projects from start to finish, as well as training and developing junior staff and managing client relationships. Were looking for someone confident in their ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the teams growth. What You'll Need 6+ years of experience as a engineer or geologist in a consultancy environmentAn engineering, geology or earth science degreeChartership status, or progressing chartership applicationExperience leading geotechnical projects in the residential, commercial and land development spaceLocal Wollongong preference is highly preferred; however, candidates with NSW or wider AUS experience will be consideredA full Australian drivers licenseAustralia or NZ citizen or permanent residentGood interpersonal skillsExceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written What You'll Get Additional Day Leave on BirthdayProvision of minimum of 50 hours Training / CPD per year and paid membership to a professional bodyAbility to fast-track CPEng with Engineering AusInternational consultancy with a strong project pipelineFlexibility and autonomy Unfortunately, we are not considering international candidates who do not hold working rights in Australia.
