Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to define project requirements, scope of works, and technical expectations.
- Lead the development of comprehensive electrical design documentation, including scope definitions, electrical models, technical analyses, general arrangements, single-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment schedules.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet high standards of quality, are completed within project timelines, and align with client and regulatory requirements.
- Champion and actively promote a culture focused on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) across all project phases.
Desirable Experience And Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in heavy industrial electrical installations, including construction, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software such as PowerCAD or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of electrical design methodologies and Australian Standards.
- Familiarity with control systems, instrumentation, and industrial communication networks.
- Recognised degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.
