Ache Group is seeking a passionate Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant to drive, take control of our Learning & Development of our Consultant Team and help to continue to deliver excellence for our RTW and Occupational Injury Management clients. This is a full-time role based out of our Inner-City Glebe Office, with clients across NSW. We are offering a unique opportunity to directly help shape the ongoing professional growth of our company – drive best practice by inspiring a passionate pursuit of excellence in health and work outcomes for all our clients.

Your ImpactAs our Learning & Development Specialist, you will:
Coach, Mentor & Empower – Build capability and confidence in our teams through ongoing support, guidance, and case review feedback that lifts performance and client care.
Continuously Improve – Evaluate and evolve case strategy to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and aligned with best practice and industry standards.
Collaborate with Experts – Work closely with our leadership experts to co-create and refine meaningful, evidence-informed RTW results.
Lead with Purpose – Champion our people and culture, driving high performance and professional growth across the team.
Be a Brand Ambassador – Model and promote a culture of excellence and proactive service, helping solidify Ache Group's position as a leader in RTW solutions.
Drive Strategic Impact – Play a growing and key role in business planning and decision-making, inspiring leadership across the team and contributing to a values-driven vision.
