Your Mission (The Role)

This is a Casual, Work-From-Home position where you become a true champion of independence for NDIS participants.

  • Rates: $ $51.81/hour
  • Commitment: Be a reliable anchor for families with a commitment to 2 fixed days per week.
  • The Vibe: Set your own stage This is a work-from-home gig, with paid travel time when you do need to meet families.

What You'll Be Doing (Making Magic Happen)

Think of yourself as a detective, connector, and capacity builder. You will:

  • Be the NDIS Interpreter: Help participants truly understand and use their NDIS plans to the max.
  • Be the Connector: Hook people up with the best community, mainstream, and funded supports out there.
  • Be the Cheerleader: Build participant confidence and skills so they can become their own Support Coordination Superstars.
  • Be the Problem Solver: Smooth out challenges, coordinate a symphony of supports, and collaborate like a pro with stakeholders.
  • Be the Keeper of Records: Keep those records sparkly clean and reports timely (it's essential NDIS stuff).

  • Prior experience in the disability/community services world.
  • Heart for person-centred practice and empowering others.
  • Sharp communication & writting skills

  • The ability to rock it independently, juggle priorities, and solve problems like a seasoned escape artist.
  • Pre-Requisite: You'll need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a current Working with Children Check.

Pay: $48.31 – $51.81 per hour
