The Opportunity

• Location: Richlands
• Available Shifts:  Rotating 24/7Roster
• 12hr shifts
• 28 day roster cycle, 7 days & 7 nights
• In 28 days 14 days on and 14 days off
• Shifts:  day – 6am to 6pm, night – 6pm to 6am
• 1 week induction dayshift then onto your regular shift pattern with a trainer on the production line

This means we are ready to grow our amazing workforce and welcome Production Team Members into varied opportunities across our manufacturing lines. One thing is certain… you'll get to work with world class technology, receiving ongoing training and support from your friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate and monitor high speed machinery: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.
• Quality control checks: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:

• A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations
• Eagerness to learn your production line
• Safety First Mindset- a disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
• Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment
• Previous manufacturing production experience highly regarded but not required
• Australian work rights – permanent resident or Australian citizen
