We're looking for a
Behaviour Support Practitioner
who shares our belief that small, consistent steps create meaningful change. You'll be part of a warm, values-driven team that combines professional skill with genuine care and community connection.

What you'll do:


• Support participants of all ages to build skills, independence, and wellbeing


• Conduct functional behaviour assessments


• Develop interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans


• Coach families, carers, and support teams to apply strategies confidently


• Work flexibly across home, community, and telehealth environments

About you:

You're compassionate, curious, and confident in your practice. You believe in collaboration, connection, and practical, person-centred support.

You'll bring:


• Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Allied Health, or related field


• Provisional or full NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration


• Experience supporting people with Autism, trauma backgrounds, or behaviours of concern


• Excellent communication and report writing skills
