This recruitment pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill ongoing fixed term opportunities.
Currently there is one position available for immediate filling for a 15 month period and two others for 2026 calendar year, with the possibility of extension, subject to business requirements.

About The Role
The Case Manager is integral to the day-to-day operation of the General Court Intervention Program (GCIP) pilot. The GCIP is an innovative intervention delivered exclusively at the Magistrates Court of Western Australia at Perth by providing priority access to community treatment programs and services for accused persons on bail.

The Case Manager is responsible for assessment and case management of program participants with complex needs. The role has oversight of the GCIP client and ensures they receive a range of community services and/or programs from our dedicated service provider. The Case Manager provides information to the Court regarding the assessment, the intervention received and the client's engagement with the program itself.

  • Demonstrated experience working within and/or knowledge of the criminal justice framework and an understanding of the factors that contribute to offending behaviour
  • Demonstrated experience in and/or knowledge of needs-based assessment, understanding the complexities of a case management plan

Pool Recruitment
This pool will be open for a period of 12 months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Fixed term, full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
