Aventus Roofing and Cladding is looking for a motivated 1st Year Apprentice to join our growing team.

About Us

We're a professional roofing and cladding company working across commercial, domestic, residential, maintenance, and high-end architectural projects.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality finishes, safety, and craftsmanship on every job.

The Role

You'll work alongside experienced tradesmen and learn all aspects of the trade, including:

  • Roof and wall cladding installation
  • Flashings, gutters, and downpipe systems
  • Sheet metal work and fabrication
  • Working safely at heights and following on-site procedures
  • Reading and interpreting plans

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and complete your trade qualification while working on diverse and exciting projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Driver's licence and reliable car – essential
  • Must be willing to travel across Melbourne (from the west and north through to the south-east)
  • White Card – required (or willing to obtain before starting)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
