Aventus Roofing and Cladding is expanding and looking for a fully qualified tradesman to join our skilled and growing team.

About Us

We specialise in commercial, domestic, residential, maintenance, and high-end architectural roofing and cladding projects across Melbourne.

Our work is built on quality, reliability, and attention to detail — and we're looking for someone who shares those values.

The Role

We're after an experienced tradesman who can take ownership of their work and help drive projects from start to finish.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Installing and finishing high-quality roofing and cladding systems
  • Running small projects and coordinating site activities
  • Liaising with clients, builders, and site managers
  • Conducting site measures and ordering materials
  • Supervising apprentices and ensuring safe work practices
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation

What We're Looking For

  • Fully qualified Roof Plumber or Cladder
  • Strong experience in both roofing and wall cladding systems
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle – essential
  • Must be willing to travel across Melbourne (from the west and north through to the south-east)
  • White Card required
  • Ability to read and interpret plans confidently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
