Are you a detail-driven HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? Churches of Christ is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to lead our contracts and compliance function, ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce governance across our diverse services.

Your Impact

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll:

  • Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant employment contracts
  • Coach and support a small team to foster collaboration and high performance
  • Review and improve workflows for contract generation and compliance tracking
  • Ensure adherence to legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support seamless onboarding and workforce governance
  • Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in HR, with a focus on contracts and compliance
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments
  • Experience supervising a team and managing competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Aurion, HR Onboard) and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to data privacy, document control, and continuous improvement
