Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pastors and ministry leaders;
  • Coordinate and support ministry programs, events, and resources;
  • Provide leadership and pastoral care to ministry teams and volunteers;
  • Collaborate on strategy and continuous improvement with Ministry Partners;
  • Embody and promote the mission and values of Churches of Christ.
About YouOther Requirements
  • Prior experience with participation in a leadership or ministry role in a Christian church or denomination.
  • Demonstrated ability to model a missional lifestyle and experience communicating Christian beliefs and convictions within an Australian context.
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Possess a current National Police Certificate - or the ability to acquire.
  • Possess Working with Children (Blue Card) - or the ability to acquire.
