What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Fleet Services Branch, you will:

  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership to a team of skilled technicians
  • Coach and mentor staff to deliver high-quality maintenance on fleet vehicles, small engines, and specialised machinery
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve service delivery and exceed internal customer expectations
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive workshop environment

What's on offer

Due to the growth in Ipswich, we have a fulltime Vehicle and Small Plant supervisor position available commencing from $453 per hour plus superannuation

  • 9-day fortnight: every second weekend is a long weekend
  • 4 weeks annual leave: with 17.5% loading so you get paid more to be on holidays

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Mechanical Trade qualification and experience in the relevant vehicle class
  • Current Drivers Licence applicable to your trade qualification, minimum C class
  • White Construction card or ability to obtain.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Supervisory role within a mechanical environment
  • Belief in our values of safety and wellbeing, communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
  • Experience in commercial mowing equipment an advantage
