Video Editor

The Role

We're looking for a talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team on a freelance basis. You'll collaborate on a wide range of exciting projects — including:

• Branded content for purpose-led companies
• Campaigns for tourism and lifestyle brands
• Sport and community-focused storytelling
• Short documentaries and narrative-style videos
• Luxury lifestyle content for the superyacht industry

What You'll Do

• Edit videos across formats (documentary, branded, narrative, social)
• Develop engaging motion graphics and title design (After Effects or similar)
• Design brand-aligned assets for video, decks, and social content
• Work closely with directors and producers to bring each story to life
• Bring ideas to the table — we're collaborative and love creative input
• Adapt styles to suit a diverse mix of clients and formats
• (Bonus) Assist in color grading and sound design, depending on skillset

Who You Are

• A creative with a strong portfolio of video editing and design work
• Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Confident working across narrative, branded, and short-form content
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-savvy
• Able to interpret creative briefs and work independently
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a dispersed team
• Open to occasional on-set involvement or in-person collaboration (if Sydney-based)

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Experience editing docu-style content or trailers
• Interest in sports and travel
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or other grading tools
• Experience with pitch decks, storyboarding, or social media design
• Spanish language skills

Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $35.00 – $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
