In this role, you will analyse data to identify key trends that support enhanced client service and drive operational improvements. You will collaborate closely with managers and team members to assist with stakeholder analysis, helping to inform engagement strategies. Supporting Automic Group's market intelligence services, you will contribute to research and reporting activities that guide strategic decisions.
You will also assist managers and senior analysts with various analytical tasks, ensuring accurate and timely outputs. A core part of the role involves preparing Shareholder Analysis Reports and conducting Custodian Traces using Excel and internal web-based platforms. Additionally, you will perform general data entry and administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyse data and identify trends for improved client service and operational outcomes.
- Work closely with managers and the team to understand beneficial stakeholder analysis.
- Provide support for Automic Group's market intelligence and services.
- Assist managers and senior analysts with various analytical tasks.
- Perform Shareholder Analysis Reports and Custodian Traces using excel spreadsheet and web platform.
- Perform general data entry tasks.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation for reporting and analysis.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and support stakeholder and shareholder analysis.
- Understanding of market intelligence and interest in financial markets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to reports and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and the ability to work across spreadsheets and web-based platforms.
