Account Manager – The Social CliQ

What You'll Do


• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts


• Build trusted relationships with clients through clear, proactive communication


• Lead strategy and content planning that drives real results (hello, 3x ROAS)


• Set and track monthly KPIs in collaboration with the Account Director


• Review and optimise client performance every 3 months


• Deliver end-to-end campaigns across paid and organic channels


• Stay on top of timelines, budgets, and hours worked – and manage profitability


• Report monthly on results and uncover opportunities to scale and improve


• Spot upsell opportunities and help drive account growth


• Mentor and guide the broader client services team as our lead strategist

What You'll Bring


• 2+ years in an agency or client-facing marketing role


• Hands-on experience in paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, LinkedIn)


• Sharp communication skills – both written and verbal


• Strategic thinking with a love of data, creative, and performance


• Solid understanding of all major social platforms


• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple moving parts


• Confidence presenting your ideas to clients and team members


• Bonus if you've used platforms like or Sked (but not a dealbreaker)
