We're on the lookout for a driven and passionate SEO Specialist
to join the team at
JRNY Digital

Here's a look at the role:

• Implementing SEO strategies that are aligned with client goals and focused on long-term organic growth
• Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and identifying content opportunities
• Running technical audits and optimising websites for crawlability, indexability, and user experience
• Supporting the development and optimisation of SEO-driven content across multiple industries
• Reviewing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Communicating with internal teammates and (sometimes) clients to keep everyone aligned and moving forward
• Collaborating with our broader team (Paid Ads, Content, CRO) to drive client success across the board
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Google updates, industry trends and tools so you can bring innovative ideas to the table

A strong preference will be given to those that have:

• 2+ years experience in an SEO role (agency preferred)
• A deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Confidence using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Experience analysing data and making informed, strategic recommendations
• A growth mindset and hunger to continually learn and improve
• Solid communication skills — we don't expect perfection, but you should be confident in your ideas
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines without needing to be micromanaged
